About the Owner
Our owner, Bryon Maruca, has been in the residential construction industry for over 20 years. He has had the privilege to apprenticed under and be mentored by some of the foremost builders and remodelers in the country. Bryon started at 13 years of age as a “helper” and through hard work, education, and abilities has become one of the premier remodelers in the Northern Virginia area.
Bryon is the oldest of 3 children born and raised in the Northern Virginia area. He is the son of a Fairfax County teacher and an Arlington County firefighter, so helping people and treating people with dignity and respect is engrained in who his is and why he chose the family name as his company’s namesake.

What sets Maruca Design / Build apart from the multitude of other builders in the area is Bryon and his team. We have developed a team of nearly 100 long standing subcontractors and people close to him that will go above and beyond to make sure the clients understand what is being done, how it is being done, and how it will impact their daily lives. Our clients interact with Bryon from the initial meeting, through the sales and design process. He will handle the management of your project, as well as the post project items. He is your single point of contact throughout the entire process.
We know that rebuilding or remodeling your home is an enormous investment of time, money and convenience.
